VOICE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE VOICE OF HUMAN SPIRIT

The Holy Spirit and the human spirit are not the same even though they dwell together in a New Creature. Most times we think that the human spirit does not have a voice but he does. This is the new man that is renewed after the image of he that created him.

2CO 4:16 FOR WHICH CAUSE WE FAINT NOT; BUT THOUGH OUR OUTWARD MAN PERISH, YET THE INWARD MAN IS RENEWED DAY BY DAY.

( EPH 4:23-24)  23 AND BE RENEWED IN THE SPIRIT OF YOUR MIND  24 AND THAT YE PUT ON THE NEW MAN, WHICH AFTER GOD IS CREATED IN RIGHTEOUSNESS AND TRUE HOLINESS

 (COL 3: 9 -10 )LIE NOT ONE TO ANOTHER, SEEING THAT YE HAVE PUT OFF THE OLD MAN WITH HIS DEEDS; 10 AND HAVE PUT ON THE NEW MAN, WHICH IS RENEWED IN KNOWLEDGE AFTER THE IMAGE OF HIM THAT CREATED HIM:

 The voice of the new man is the voice of the recreated human spirit spoken to our mind in relation to who we have become in Christ. The voice of the old man is a dead. It is like the voice of sin. It is always the echoes of the past that is in our memories just like when you dream about a dead man talking to you. It is only an apparition. The old man is dead so we have to put him off from our memories so that our minds would not be deceived as though the old man is still alive.

The voice of the human spirit comes in form of the conscience. He tells you what is right even when our mind may not agree with the realities he delivers to it

ROM 9:1 ¶ I SAY THE TRUTH IN CHRIST, I LIE NOT, MY CONSCIENCE ALSO BEARING ME WITNESS IN THE HOLY GHOST

ROM 1:9 FOR GOD IS MY WITNESS, WHOM I SERVE WITH MY SPIRIT IN THE GOSPEL OF HIS SON, THAT WITHOUT CEASING I MAKE MENTION OF YOU ALWAYS IN MY PRAYER

The human spirit begins to speak as soon as you are born again and alive in Christ. But the voice of the Holy Spirit speaks about Christ.

1CO 14:14 FOR IF I PRAY IN AN UNKNOWN TONGUE, MY SPIRIT PRAYETH, BUT MY UNDERSTANDING IS UNFRUITFUL

 The voice of the Holy Spirit can only be heard by the new creature because he is the spiritually alive and could hear the Spirit of truth.

 An unbeliever cannot pray in the spirit because his spirit is not alive. Their spirit cannot speak truth unless it has been recreated. This is why an unbeliever cannot speak the truth. He is dead spiritually and do not understand the meaning of truth. Truth can only be in Christ because Christ is truth. Truth begins in the life of any man that confesses that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. Any time we talk about Jesus Christ we speak the truth.

Many believers hear the voice of their spirit in their minds and think that they are hearing the voice of the Holy Spirit. The human spirit talks about us but the Holy Spirit talks about Christ. The Holy Spirit reveals Christ but the human spirit reveals who we are in Christ. The voice of the human spirit can say many things about a man even your because he relates with other human spirit which knows the things of that man. A believer who receives from the recreated spirit could operate the gift of word of knowledge well. Because you can hear from the spirit of the other man because spirit talks to spirit.

1CO 2:11 FOR WHAT MAN KNOWETH THE THINGS OF A MAN, SAVE THE SPIRIT OF MAN WHICH IS IN HIM? EVEN SO THE THINGS OF GOD KNOWETH NO MAN, BUT THE SPIRIT OF GOD.

The voice of the Holy Spirit says everything about Christ

JOH 15:26 ¶ BUT WHEN THE COMFORTER IS COME, WHOM I WILL SEND UNTO YOU FROM THE FATHER, EVEN THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH, WHICH PROCEEDETH FROM THE FATHER, HE SHALL TESTIFY OF ME:

We could see that the Holy Spirit and the human spirit could be speaking to us at the same time or different times. We should know which one is speaking. Many believers follow their mind instead of the voices of these two spirits. If you follow the echoes of the memories of the old man, he will bring you into a virtual bondage of the dead sin. But when we follow the voices of the new man and the Holy Spirit we will learn Christ and grow in the knowledge of Him and be conscious of who we are in Christ.

  YOU HAVE TO BE A NEW CREATION. The definition and description of the the New Creation can ONLY be in Christ.  .He can't exist anywhere else.. 2 Corinthians  5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. This means that without Christ death, burial and resurrection, there would not have been anything like New Creation.  The emergence of this new Creation has been the divine project God had  before the foundation of the world.
