THE NEW CREATION DOESN'T LOVE BY OBEYING LAWS.
Galatians 3:21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: 👉for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.
There was no single law that could give life. Even loving God with all your heart and your neighbor as you love yourself.
(Matthew 22:36-40 ) 36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 👉40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
This is because loving as obeying laws is not true love. It is carnal love originated from fear of punishment meant for those who disobey laws. Love is not real when it does not involve the Spirit. If the law of love given to Jew could bring life,Christ would not have come to demonstrate love .This means that loving God with all your heart as obedience to Jewish laws could not make the Jews right with God.
Galatians 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
No wonder Christ told them on the two laws hung both all the law and the prophets . 👉40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
👉He did not say that eternal life or salvation hung on the two laws.
True love comes as a nature shared in our hearts when we accept the love of God given to man through Christ. Love is not what we do to please God by obeying laws. It is our nature to manifest because we in Christ.
👉John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
👉Romans 5:5 And hope maketh not ashamed; 👉because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
......The law to love was given to the Jews
Leviticus 19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD. Galatians 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
......but the spirit of love has been given to the New Creation.
👉2 Timothy 1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Being a New Creation is not a call to obedience to Jewish laws but a life of grace to live in Christ.
(Galatians 3:24-25) Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
This life is a life of love. Love is the nature of the New Creation because his life is hid with Christ in God....God is love
1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
👉
👉Colossians 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
👉Galatians 2:19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.
We are dead to the law to love and alive in Christ to live in love.
This is why we need to be born again. That is the way to access the true love

The definition and description of the the New Creation can ONLY be in Christ.  .He can't exist anywhere else.. 2 Corinthians  5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. This means that without Christ death, burial and resurrection, there would not have been anything like New Creation.  The emergence of this new Creation has been the divine project God had  before the foundation of the world.
